Pre-construction

Site preparation is an important phase of the building process. Surveying the site, grading, leveling, clearing land, drainage, earthmoving, and demolition is critical to ensuring that a construction project is successful.

Foundation & Plumbing

Our team ensures footings are put in place, concrete is poured for the foundation and once it’s cured, waterproofing is applied. The crew then installs the plumbing connections, including drains, sewer, and water taps.

Framing & Beyond

Next comes the carpentry stage which includes, framing, subfloors, doors and windows.  Then, mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) and finishes and fixtures. This is an exciting stage for homeowners as they can really see the house taking shape!
